Its been 2 weeks now since an infamous deadly snake made headlines with her escape from the Reptile House within the Bronx Zoo. The currently coined "cobra-dini" has since been recovered and the snake-hunt has come to an end. This Thursday, the true name of this now famous sake is to be unveiled! The Bronx Zoo conducted an online vote/poll after the once "cobra-dini" was recovered in order to give this tricky not so little cobra an Oh-so-officaial name! And so I felt when else would it ever be more fitting to blog about a little snake-esque jewelry! 
The five names on the docket up for vote are the following:  Amaunet, which means "the female hidden one" in Egyptian; Agnes, the Greek for "pure" or "holy;" Cleopatra, after the famous pharaoh who reportedly killed herself with a cobra bite; Subira, the Egyptian word for "patience;" and Mia, which is a play on the phrase Missing In Action.

Fans of the cunning cobra have until 12:01am local time Wednesday to cast their vote on the zoo's website. As for me Im going for Mia! Ha! Ssssssssssuch a cold hearted sssssssssnake!
